About Lukhoo & legal notice

Lukhoo provides technology to record incidents, share information with trusted contacts, and connect users with independent attorneys. Lukhoo is not a law firm; its general information and automated summaries are not legal advice.

Using Lukhoo, sending an alert, or requesting an attorney does not by itself establish legal representation. Confirm acceptance, the scope of services, and fees directly with the attorney. Attorneys are responsible for their own advice, professional obligations, and representation. Confidentiality and attorney-client privilege depend on the circumstances and applicable law; using the platform alone does not guarantee either.

Attorneys may pay for membership-based access to detailed incident records and optional API integration, subject to applicable access permissions. Paid access does not guarantee that an attorney will accept a matter or achieve a particular result.

Recording, uploads, and alerts depend on device permissions, connectivity, and service availability. Delivery, response times, attorney availability, and legal outcomes are not guaranteed. Lukhoo does not replace emergency services; call 911 for an emergency. Review the Terms and Agreement and Privacy pages for service and data-use details.
